Türkmen Evi
The Türkmen House is located in the Dimandland site in the Kurttepe area, where we completed its design and implementation. We used dynamic lines and a modern design language for the home of a newlywed young couple. We designed the living room, entrance, dressing room, foyer, sitting area, kitchen, and added a pantry space.
Ataköy Villa
In our Ataköy Villa project, the entrance and living room areas felt lifeless and did not meet the homeowner’s needs. We enhanced the entrance with wood and warm tones, creating both a cozy atmosphere and a striking wall design, completed with our custom-designed and manufactured porcelain console.
Yalman Construction Model Apartment
Where Nature Meets Modernism.
This 1+1 residence is a carefully considered, bespoke project in which we handled every detail, from the office’s permit project to the interior design. Yalman Nordic blends the functionality of modern living with the warmth of Scandinavian and Bohemian styles.
Gündüz Evi
A Gathering Place for Generations
Nestled in nature, Gündüz Mansion is a special mountain home where three siblings will live together with their families and parents. The project combines traditional family structure with modern living. It is designed with spacious communal areas and private suite rooms, ensuring comfort and privacy for every individual.
Yalman Construction Office
Where Functionality Meets Transparency
The Yalman Construction Office, whose implementation we completed, was designed with a modern and functional approach to efficiently manage mapping and real estate operations. The spacious and inviting reception area welcomes guests, while the workspaces separated by glass partitions provide both transparency and openness. This design allows employees to feel part of a shared atmosphere even while working in separate rooms.

Redefining Luxury and Comfort
With a spacious living area of over 200 square meters, Kurttepe Mansion is a special project that combines luxury and grandeur. From the moment you enter, the residence impresses with its striking design, featuring a living room with ceiling heights reaching six meters and an elaborately decorated fireplace area that forms the heart of the home.

This new residence in Gaziantep features a unique design born from the combination of modern and stylish details. All living spaces, including the living room, sitting area, and bedroom, as well as the entrance, were reimagined to create a spacious and inviting atmosphere.
Doğan Construction Model Apartment
Modern and Smart Living Space
Doğan Construction’s model project, comprising 2+1 and 3+1 apartments, combines comfort and functionality with its modern design. The L-shaped kitchen countertop in the open kitchen cleverly transforms into a dining table, providing both visual harmony and efficient use of space.

Harmony of Classic and Modern
Located in Adana, the S House is a special design that combines the family’s living comfort with the luxury of entertaining guests on separate floors. The guest area, designed on a different floor, is adorned with classic and elegant lines, while the daily living spaces of the home are shaped with a modern and comfort-focused approach.
